No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tara Lendquest Solutions LLP provides professional advisory and coordination support. We do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to loan approval, settlement amounts, IPO listing success, legal outcomes, NPA resolution timelines or any other specific result.

Final decisions on all financial, legal and regulatory matters rest with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, stock exchanges, regulatory authorities, tribunals, courts and other relevant parties.

Not Legal Representation

Tara Lendquest provides legal-financial advisory and coordination support. We do not provide formal legal representation, appear before courts or tribunals, or act as advocates. For formal legal representation, clients should engage qualified legal professionals.

Not a Regulated Financial Entity

Tara Lendquest Solutions LLP is a financial consultancy firm. We are not a bank, NBFC, insurance company, investment advisor registered with SEBI, or any other regulated financial institution. We do not accept deposits, manage funds or provide investment returns.
